Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
Call It Done ("we", "us") is an AI phone-agent service that places phone calls on your behalf — for example, to ask a question, sit on hold, or relay a request — and reports back the result. By using Call It Done you agree to these Terms.
You're working with an AI. Calls are placed and conducted by an automated AI agent, not a person. The agent identifies itself as an AI assistant calling on your behalf.
1. What the service does
You tell us who to call and what you need. Our AI agent calls that number, has the conversation, and reports back what it learned. The agent acts only on the instructions you provide for that task.
2. Your responsibilities
- You authorize us to place the call you request, on your behalf.
- You will only request lawful calls. Do not use Call It Done for harassment, fraud, spam, threats, robocalling, or any unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purpose.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the instructions you give us and for having a legitimate reason to contact the number you provide.
3. Call recording & AI disclosure
Calls may be recorded and transcribed so we can complete your task, keep a record for you, and improve quality. Where required by law — including two-party-consent jurisdictions — the agent discloses at the start of the call that it is an AI and that the call may be recorded. You are responsible for any additional consent your particular use requires.
4. Text messages
Call It Done sends SMS only in direct response to something you asked for:
- The result of a task you requested.
- A one-time copy of a message you verbally requested during a call.
- Account and service notices, such as a data-deletion confirmation code.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Opt out at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number.
5. No guarantee of outcome
Call It Done is a best-effort assistant. We do not guarantee that a call will be answered, completed, accurate, or successful, and we are not responsible for the statements, actions, or decisions of the people or businesses we call. Do not use Call It Done for emergencies — contact 911 or the appropriate emergency service directly.
6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, or USD $50.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
